Storage
Tomatoes are best stored at room temperature away from direct sunlight. If they are not fully ripe, you can place them in a paper bag to speed up the ripening process.
Prep Tip
Try cutting your tomatoes with a serrated knife, which can be less damaging to the delicate fruit.
Seasonality
Tomatoes are seasonal during the summer months when they are at their peak, usually from late spring to early fall
