Garlic should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight. Avoid storing it in the refrigerator. Garlic bulbs can last for several months.

Garlic flavors vary according to the way you cut it– minced garlic will bring a much stronger flavor than whole or sliced cloves.
