COOKING WITH CORN
Storage
Corn is best when consumed fresh. If you need to store it, keep it in the refrigerator with the husks on and consume it as soon as possible, preferably within a few days.
Seasonality
Corn is a summer vegetable and is typically harvested during the warm months of late summer and early fall.
Prep Tip
Try cooking corn in its husk when grilling – the husk steams the corn for a perfect ear! Soak the ears in water first to avoid burning.
