Dig In: Jackson County Restaurant Week

If you’re in Jackson County between April 8 and 12, 2024, you’re in for a treat! Experience Jackson (Jackson County’s Convention and Visitor Bureau) is hosting Jackson County Restaurant Week, where you can indulge in a smorgasbord of culinary delights from three food trucks, two bakeries, and a whopping twenty brick-and-mortar restaurants.

How it Works

Swing by any participating location during the event dates and ask for their exclusive Jackson County Restaurant Week Menu. With every entrée or combo priced at just $15, you’re in for some serious value. Plus, each time you order, your server will stamp your punch card. Collect at least three stamps throughout the week, and you could be in with a chance to win an awesome prize package of restaurant gift cards! Don’t forget to share your mouthwatering moments using the hashtag #tasteofjackson for extra entries.

What sets this event apart?

This is not your run-of-the-mill dining experience. The participating eateries are serving up creative menus and one-of-a-kind dining experiences. Picture this: a food truck rally on Friday, where you can feast on a variety of delectable treats and rack up those punch card stamps. Each restaurant has its own unique hours and specially curated menu for the occasion, ensuring a diverse and exciting gastronomic journey. Smash burgers, jaeger schnitzel, and macarons? They will all be included!

With a lineup featuring county-wide crowd-pleasers like Grand River Brewery, Eagles Nest Bar & Grill, and RJ’s Metropolitan Ice Cream Co., there’s something to tantalize every taste bud. Let’s not forget about the iconic coney dog, born right here in Jackson, MI – available at select participating restaurants during Restaurant Week.

It’s not just about satisfying your cravings. According to Ryan Tarrant, President and CEO of Experience Jackson and Jackson County Chamber of Commerce, the restaurant industry plays a vital role in Jackson’s economy, employing thousands of locals and contributing to the area’s growth.

Whether you’re a bona fide foodie on the hunt for your next culinary adventure or a curious visitor eager to explore all Jackson County has to offer, Restaurant Week is the perfect opportunity to dine, discover, and show your support for local businesses.
