All participating restaurants will be offering a "Harvest Week Special" menu item that is 100% locally sourced, or using a recipe from one of Alice Waters' cookbooks. These restaurants will be donating 10% of their proceeds from the local harvest Restaurant Series, with donations to be split between Alice Waters' non-profit, The Edible Schoolyard Project, and the Groundwork Center's Farm to School in Northwest Michigan initiatives.
