Timber Valley Bison is local, healthy and regenerative. Started in 2021, they are producing and selling locally, plus helping the community to learn about the benefits of bison meat through farmers markets, food hubs and events at the ranch.

We provide a wide variety of retail cuts by the pound and also offers quarter and half bison. Our bison don't receive any hormones or antibiotics; we keep it as natural as possible and practice rotational grazing and healthy land management for sustainability and biodiversity.
