Sorenson Farm

Our f arm is operated by 4th generation Adams. It started as a potato f arm back in the day. About 1946, w hen my f ather came back f rom WWII and recovered f rom his w ounds. My grandf ather, f ather and uncle planted thousands of sour cherries, sw eet cherries.Through the years they planted apples trees, some plums, apricots, pears & nectarines. In 1999 my f ather died & I took over. Instead of taking the f ruit to the cannery I decided to sell it by the roadside. With excellent quality and picking f ruit at its prime f or best f lavor, I have sold everything at the f ruit stand. We do sell sour cherries, but most of those still go to the cannery.Over the past several years w e have expanded the apples w ith more of the old variety such as McIntosh, Delicious and Spy apples to name a f ew and expanded to some
new varieties such as Honeycrisp, Zestar, Snow sw eet, Gala, Macoun to name a f ew . Our f ull is is on our w ebsite. We grow everything w e sell.
