Norman's Gourmet Garlic
The Norman family grows nineteen varieties of hardneck garlic seed stock and culinary garlic. In addition to offering flavorful garlic-based value-added products on 5 acres in Parma, Michigan. When the Norman’s learned about the issues in the international garlic industry, they decided to take action. Instead of relying on the imported garlic available at the big box grocery stores, they decided to give their community the option to purchase ethically sourced and naturally grown garlic.
