Metropolitan’s founders include an industry veteran in alcohol retail sales and a real estate development and construction dude. We came together to create your neighborhood cocktail bar where you can find craft cocktails, beer and wine, but we’re also a shot and a beer bar. We have an eclectic atmosphere that feels like your dad’s bar if he and his drinking pals had their own country club in the basement, complete with trophies that don’t make any sense. Our chef is a young aspiring master in the kitchen and our bartender is the most beloved charismatic local resident who loves to walk to work every day. Oh…. and we have board games and pinball.
