We are a family owned and operated commercial fish market that has been in operation since 1898. We are tribal commercial fishermen who have been filleting fish for 6 generations. We sell fresh and smoked Lake Superior Whitefish and Lake Superior Lake Trout, along with fish dip, and smoked fish sausage! We are home of Cap'n Ron's Smoked Fish. The Cap'n has been perfecting the art of smoking fish for over 35 years and has people from near and far coming to enjoy his smoked fish. Cap'n Ron and the rest of the family here at Matson's Fisheries take great pride in what we do. We are here to help serve our community for many generations to come.
