Since 1989, Mama Mucci’s Pasta has followed artisan quality methods to create fresh, dry and frozen filled premium pasta. Located in Canton, Michigan, Mama Mucci's uses all natural ingredients including 100% semolina flour, whole fresh eggs, robust herbs and spices. All pasta is rolled and sheeted, rather than extruded, giving the pasta a firm texture that better holds sauce. Fillings are made in-house from scratch, resulting in plump ravioli with bold flavors.
