Chef's Way Organic Farms is a Certified Organic Farm operated by former Executive Chef Ezra Bertakis and his wife Mary. We are a small operation that produces big results. We strive to serve high quality Organic Greens like lettuces and spinach. We are the only workers and keep our farm tidy. We are certified by the Global Organic Alliance, one of the top ten certifiers known for attention to detail on inspections and paper work.
