Avalon Breads bakes bread at the Hearth and Soul of Detroit, devoted to using 100% organic flour, and maintaining a triple bottom line. Eat well, do good. Our Ann Arbor location is a full-service restaurant that uses local ingredients like greens and jams, and also has a cafe and retails our baked goods.
