Mushrooms (Shiitake, Oyster and Lion's Mane are all grown on locally sourced logs from our land for superior taste and quality, rather than a straw substrate), Honey (bees are never medicated with commercial fungicides, etc.) Raspberries and Blackberries (no commercial fertilizers or pesticides). I am also certified in the State of Michigan to sell wild harvested mushrooms, which are available for purchase when seasonal conditions are favorable.
