    Executive Chef Myles Anton and Chef di Cuisine Gabe Rodriguez are preparing a menu with a healthy mix of Michigan favorites and new flavors from around the world. Myles you may know about. As chef and co-owner of Trattoria Stella, he has for the last decade earned accolades from our guests, local and national press and The James Beard Society. Gabe is an extremely talented Chef with experience in Japanese, Latin, French and Italian cuisines. We are thrilled to have him leading the kitchen operations at The Franklin and are looking forward to bringing his passion and skills to a more public eye.
