Artisan roasted Specialty Grade, Single Origin coffees sourced from Sustainable farms including Fair Trade, Rain Forest Alliance and Direct Trade sources. We seek and roast the highest quality coffees from larger Organic cooperatives, but especially seek those freshly harvested coffees from Award Winning, "Cup of Excellence" coffee growers. Varieties include coffees from Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Honduras, Mexico, Columbia, Brazil, Ethiopia, Rwanda, Uganda, Papua New Guinea, Sumatra, Bali, Haiti and Kona. Our coffees encompass all of the traditional coffee processing methods: Washed, Naturals; as well as the more modern "Honey" processed coffees. Our farmstand includes heirloom tomatoes: Brandywine, Italian, Russian, German; and peppers, melons, squash, lettuce, onions, garlic and herbs. We are just north of Torch Lake. Take US-31 to M88 East and turn left onto Farrell Road, about a mile. We are about 3 miles up the road on the right, 7610 Farrell, look for the silo.
