ABOUT US
Resonance Center is a family owned, pasture-based, beyond organic farm overlooking beautiful Mullet Lake in Pure Northern Michigan.
The farm operates in response to the health of the soil and the needs of the community by integrating the evolving body of knowledge on sustainability and regenerative agriculture.
• We are certified by MEAEPS (Michigan Agriculture Environmental Assurance Program)
• We practice Biosecurity please always make us aware in advance of your visit; the safety and health of our animals is a top priority
• Our entertaining, lovable goats give us milk to make goat milk soap and lotion.
• Soil health is defined as the continued capacity of soil to function as a vital living ecosystem that sustains plants, animals, and humans. This definition speaks to the importance of managing soils so they are sustainable for future generations. There is never any insecticides or pesticide on the farm and never used on the farm.
• The farm operates in response to the health of the soil and the needs of the community by integrating the evolving body of knowledge on sustainability and regenerative agriculture.
• Our philosophy is that healthy soil supports happy animals doing what nature intended them to do (foraging, socializing, digging, scratching, catching bugs, laughing and playing). We believe animals should live a natural life, be treated humanely and with respect.
