COOKING WITH STRaWBERRIES
Storage
Strawberries should be stored in the refrigerator, unwashed, and loosely covered in a container or a paper towel-lined bag. They are best consumed within a few days.
Seasonality
Strawberries are at their peak during the late spring and early summer months, but can be found again in late summer.
Prep Tip
Only wash as many strawberries as you plan to eat! Once washed, they should not go back into storage.
