We craft deeply satisfying heirloom beers using 100% organic grain and (wherever possible) locally-sourced hops and spices. We work with local partners to offer the highest quality of cider and wine to complete our beverage lineup. We craft delicious food from ingredients as local and as sustainable as we can reasonably source. We serve our scratch-made food and brews with a smile in a stylish, welcoming space. We've done all of this while creating zero waste since day one. We strive to be the meeting place for our local community, with free live music, artistic events and non-profit fundraisers filling our space on all nights of the week. We don't just believe in NATURE, COMMUNITY, CRAFT - we embody it.
