The Sovengard is a Midwest Farm-to-Table restaurant working in the philosophies of the New Nordic Movement. We look to this as the next evolution of farm-to-table, by making food that is always focused on local sourcing, seasonality, and sustainable production methods. We offer two different menu experiences through three unique dining spaces in the historic West Side neighborhood of Grand Rapids. HÃ˜ST at The Sovengard highlights hyper local and seasonal ingredients through a daily changing menu and intimate dining experience; our Garden Level and large outdoor Biergarten offer a more casual approach in a fun, convivial atmosphere.
