FOOD & FaRMS LISTING

For us, implementing sustainability in our food service can come in many forms. It can include making a menu item more nutritious, using organic or naturally-grown ingredients, buying from local farms, or purchasing meat or dairy products that don't contain added hormones or antibiotics. Year-round, all our beef, pork, and milk, is sourced from local farms. Most of our carrots, onions, and eggs are also local, and we buy tomatoes, peppers, and lettuce locally when in-season.
