Want to feed your family healthy, nutritious food? We can help. On our farm in West Michigan we raise grass-fed beef and lamb and grow organic dry beans and grains that you can feel confident about eating!

We farm biologically, paying careful attention to the soil and its health: “healthy soil, healthy plants, healthy people.” Since 2010, our crops have been certified organic through Global Organic Alliance. We’ve been verified in the Michigan Agriculture Environmental Assurance Program (www.maeap.org) since 2004. In 2021, we became certified through the Real Organic Project.

We raise several type of beans, including many heirloom varieties. Our sheep flock consists of about 100 Polypay ewes and their lambs. The wool from our sheep is processed at a Michigan mill, and we sell it as yarn, roving for spinning, and finished products. Grass-fed lamb is available for your freezer in the fall of each year. We also have a small herd of Belted Galloway cattle that produce certified organic grass-fed beef. The heritage corn and grains from our farm are locally milled into flour, bran, meal and grits. Most of these products are available at local farmers markets as well as at our small on-farm store. Some products can be ordered online at our website.
