Nutty Biscotti is a woman-owned, small family business based in Ypsilanti, Michigan. The brand was created by Claudia Morales. Claudia worked at several fine dining establishments in San Francisco, California, where she learned to make biscotti. All of our biscotti are almond-based, but we add a twist with different flavor combinations, keeping your palate excited with our ever evolving variety! We have a Triple Bottom Line business model, working for people, planet, and profit, in that order. We source local ingredients as much as possible, and we strive to utilize sustainable packaging and production practices.
