Mycophile's Garden sells around 30 species of both wild foraged and cultivated mushrooms throughout the year, in addition to other wild Michigan foods like wild leeks, and pawpaws.
We grow around a dozen species of mushrooms in a series of partially subterranean greenhouses, utilizing renewable and compostable materials, and distribute to over a dozen farmers markets a week across West and Central Michigan.
