A new and up and coming farm that offers a diverse variety of locally grown and raised products. Jere Farms is quickly growing into the produce and meat farm that offers full variety of products in Chippewa County. With our hoophouse we are able to get a very early start of growing produce and extend our season and have many produce products late into the fall. Jere Farms also offers a rotationally grazed pastured raised beef, pasture pork, pasture raised rotationally grazed lambs, pastured chickens, pasture turkeys for Thanksgiving and pasture raised hens for egg production.
Jere Farms attend multiple farmers markets in 3 counties and offer our CSA Program to anyone that attend a farmers market and pick up on farm is always available.
Jere Farms is one of a very few livestock farmers in Chippewa County that holds a USDA Retail License that allow us to sell our meats retail. Our animals are processed at RRR Processing in Buckley, MI to fulfill our USDA Requirements. We also offer our beef as 1/4, 1/2 or whole, pork 1/2 and whole, Lambs 1/2 or whole and chickens until sold out and Thanksgiving Day Turkeys.
In addition to our local Eastern Upper Peninsula sales, we sell our products in Brownstown, Monroe, Erie, Milan, Jackson, Chelsea, Kalamazoo, Paw Paw, South Haven, Zeeland.
