Ima (pronounced ee-ma) is an award-winning restaurant serving a variety of Japanese-inspired noodles, soups, rice bowls, sandwiches, and snacks in a cozy neighborhood environment with a curated selection of beer, wine, sake and house punches. Ima’s dynamic menu was created by Chef-Owner Michael Ransom and is a culmination of his French culinary training and love for Japanese cuisine. Constructed with an awareness and respect for the diverse dietary needs of our Metro-Detroit community. Carefully crafted meats, seafood and broths are featured alongside a variety of plant-based options for vegetarians, vegan and gluten-free diets.
