Hay Creek Heritage Farms, LLC, is a small farm dedicated to conserving and promoting rare and heritage livestock breeds in Pinckney and Chelsea. The farm has been in operation since 2014. Our Oberhasli dairy goats, Shetland & Cheviot sheep are raised with care and with access to pasture. Our produce is grown using organic methods. Our produce and pasture raised meat is available in Dexter Mill in Dexter. We are committed to sustainable farming.
