Haifa Falafel is a Middle Eastern / Mediterranean restaurant owned and operated by Ali Usman. Starting the business at the young age of 22, Ali had the hunger to create a restaurant that served accurate flavor profiles of what he was used to when growing up in Haifa.

With a passion for his heritage and sharing its wonderful flavors with the community Ali expressed "I want to be able to produce high quality food for inexpensive prices or as inexpensive as possible and to be able to serve it as fresh and as fast as possible".
Being a local business Haifa Falafel sources its meats and pastries from several local suppliers. The Middle Eastern restaurant also actively sponsors community programs and has made donations to the breast conservation society and sponsored local soccer tournaments.
