Great Lakes Treats specializes in the licensed sale of wild foraged fare including seasonal wild foraged mushrooms for culinary uses (including the morel!) and medicinal mushrooms such as Chaga, Reishi and Turkey Tail recognized for their immune boosting properties. You can also find specialty products such as our wild foraged ramp powder. We are proud to wear the seal of sustainability from the Institute of Sustainable Foragers. We are always ready to talk mushrooms at the Sara Hardy Farmers Market with classes available periodically both independently and through the Department of Natural Resources Outdoor Skills Academy.
