I created our granola recipe because I was having a hard time finding a tasty snack that was not only gluten free, but dairy free. Once I made a mixture that I truly enjoyed I added organic dried fruits and non-dairy chocolate chips. I love eating these snacks right out of the bag, as a cereal and even as a topping to my non-dairy yogurts and ice creams! I hope you find them as delicious as I do. 🙂
