Fostoria Bread Factory is a family owned bakery located in Michigan's beautiful thumb region. We focus on making traditional "long fermented" Sourdough Breads utilizing local ingredients when possible! We offer a Traditional Sourdough Boule loaf, Rye with Caraway, Whole Wheat, Plain Rye and Rye with Roasted Onion (future bread types to follow). Our vegan bread's typically contain four ingredients Flour, Water, Salt and Sourdough Culture and don't contain any Dairy, added Sugars, Egg's or Preservatives. We sell our bread at several farmers markets located in the thumb and Southeast Michigan region; Port Austin Farmers Market, Frankenmuth Farmers Market and Farmington Farmers and Artisans Market.
