The crew at Flatwater strives to innovate and produce high-quality, nutritious food in a way that enhances their land. Flatwater goes beyond its organic certification by working towards the creation of a carbon rich soil full of nutrition for the plants and for its customers. Flatwater grows a wide variety of vegetable, fruits, herbs, and flowers , including hops, cilantro, strawberries, apples, dahlias, arugula, carrots, celery, heirloom tomatoes, beans, summer squash, lettuce, kale, Asian greens, kohlrabi, beets, a variety of peppers, fennel, potatoes, sweet potatoes, and much more. We have a focus on cut greens and have food available year round.
