Field & Fire is a wood-fired bakery in Grand Rapids. We mill all our own whole-grain flours from locally grown organic grains and ferment using slow sourdough fermentation. We think we are making the best bread you can buy in Michigan. Our business supports as many local farmers/makers as possible! We walk the walk.
This year we opened Rad Bagels in the Downtown Market Grand Rapids, where you can get our amazing bagels, bagel sandwiches, waffles, and more. Check us out!
