In our kitchen we take pride in sourcing local ingredients to make our nutritious menu selections. We use local non-gmo chicken to make our homemade stock which flavors our incredible soups. You will find us picking the first arriving fruits and vegetables to add to our vibrant salads. Whenever possible Edson Farms provides you with local freshness.
