We create incredibly fun, fresh, and delicious lacto-fermented foods straight out of Williamston, Michigan. We want to bring back fermented foods to the American culture and work closely with our community. Getting all of our produce from local farms and businesses is how we make the freshest ferments, and our way of supporting and working with the state we love.
