Cinzori Farms
CINZORI FARMS is a Certified Organic Vegetable Farm in Ceresco, MI just outside of the Battle Creek, MI city limits. We farm 70 acres of Certified Organic vegetables. Our products are sold at grocery stores throughout the State of Michigan and at Farmer's Markets located in Okemos and Royal Oak.
The HISTORY OF THE FARM
Cinzori Farms was founded in 1975 by Don and Donna Cinzori when they moved to Ceresco from the Detroit area with their young family. Realizing the potential and the sustainability of Organic Agriculture, Don and Donna chose to convert the farm to Certified Organic in 1985. Long before it was cool or socially acceptable, Don and Donna were blazing a trail for the future of Organic agriculture in Michigan.
In 1992, their son Anthony received his degree in Horticulture from Michigan State University and has continued the tradition of the Family Farm. Anthony currently runs and manages the property.
