We sell honey and beeswax candles from a self serve farm stand in the summer, with curbside by appointment sales available the rest of the year. We carefully process our honey with limited heat. We manage our hives with organic beekeeping methods. The result is delicious honey. Our bees stay in Benzie county all year. Champion Hill Farm is owned and operated by husband and wife, Greg Griswold and Therese Povolo. We process the honey out of our Michigan Department of Agriculture licensed facility. We manage approximately 25 hives in Benzie County.
