Carosello Pasta

We are a small pastificio (pasta factory) and specialty market featuring over 50 Michigan based vendors, in addition to Italian specialty foods and staples. Our pasta is made on site in small batches, using 100% certified organic wheat and water only - with some varieties featuring heirloom grains grown right here in Michigan. We offer an array of local produce, cheeses, and various ingredients to accompany our pasta for our guests to make a local focused, restaurant quality dish right at home.
