Brost Farms is a sixth-generation farm specializing in Premium Meats & local provisions. We happily raise Angus cattle on our 65 acres of pasture, raise our own feed for the cattle (hay, triticale, corn, barley, oats, etc.), and are raising our family on our 105 acres ranch in Monroe, Michigan.
In 2019, we left our corporate jobs and came back to the farm, whew talk about scary! Selling freezer beef was something the farm and family had done for many decades, but never made it public outside friends and family.
Then in 2020, we partnered with like-minded farmers who raise pigs, lambs, and chickens with the same standards as we do… as naturally and humane as possible. That means no hormones, no daily antibiotics, and little human intervention.
It was then we took our goods to the streets and started going to Farmers Markets in the downriver area! Now fast forward to 2022, we have a beautiful website to bring our naturally raised meats directly to your doorstep!
