Our from-scratch kitchen has a goal to purchase 50% of our ingredients from Michigan farmers and growers. Our facility was designed to have a low environmental impact and we take an active approach to "using the business for good." This takes many forms including establishing strong partnerships with local organizations and actively pursuing supplier relationships with locally-owned and diverse product and service providers.
