Local Sources
We buy fresh produce directly from local farmers, in-season, whenever possible. We have long standing relationships that are enhanced by new farms coming on line every year. Local wines have been an important part of our wine list for over 30 years, and we have embraced the local beer and cider opportunities that have sprung up in recent years.
