Benjamin Beef (Walnut-Vu Farm)
Our family farm was established in 1838. For many years, we successfully raised registered Holsteins. Using our years of knowledge of the breed we began raising beef for family and friends. We are excited to announce we are licensed to offer beef for retail sales beginning November 26, 2019. We offer beef by the pound or you can order a 1/4, 1/2 or whole steer.
