Americana Foods was founded in Detroit, MI, in 1984. When Americana Foods opened, the founders had three principles in mind: that the establishment would pride itself on cleanliness, bring quality products to the customer from all departments and exceptional customer service.
Since 1984, we have held ourselves to this commitment, because we believe in it! Our customers have shown that they believe in it too, by continuing to shop our store. We are proud to serve the inner city communities of Detroit and will continue to do so.
