We raise purebred Berkshire hogs on pastures. They also get a corn ration and spent grain from the local brewery in Ypsilanti. Our cattle are on pasture as well; they are fed hay we raise and all the spent grain they can eat. Garlic is our only vegetable crop. Seasonally we grow out freedom ranger chickens. We also have a pork & beef CSA.
