The mission of the Pittsfield Township Farmers Market is to strengthen and support local and regional food and agricultural businesses, increase healthy and wholesome food access, and promote community interaction. The Market features local growers, food producers and artisans. Activities at the Market include: Ask a Master Gardener, kids take-home crafts and activities (weekly), live music, cooking demos, and special events. (Please note: All activities subject to change.) The Market is located adjacent to Prairie Park with a playground, walking trails and picnic tables.
