McLaughlin Grows Urban Farm

McLaughlin Grows Urban Farm is a three-site farm amidst inner-city neighborhoods in Muskegon, Michigan. The neighborhoods served are at least three miles away from a grocery store and have limited access to public transportation. Amidst a food desert, we believe in providing our neighbors with affordable, naturally grown produce. Though we are not certified naturally or organically grown, we hold ourselves to a high standard in regards to our growing practices, using only organically certified amendments and sprays(if necessary). We are in the process of converting one of our sites to no-till growing, with the long-term goal of all three spaces utilizing such practices.
