Pasture raised, Grass fed and finished Highland Cattle and Highland crosses. Rotationally grazed. In the winter, the cattle are fed baleage and dry hay raised on the farm.Raised, Finished and Processed in accordance with the American Highland Cattle Association's Quality Highland Beef Program, MAEAP Certified. Family farm of 130 acres, located south of Jackson, surrounded by The Dahlem Conservancy and Jackson College. All beef is custom processed and dry aged at a USDA processor.
Beef is available by the cut, bundle or quarter. Reservations for quarters required
