Downtown Suttons Bay
This Leelanau county gem boasts two community-forward shopping events this year, great for family outings and solo shopping alike. On Saturday, November 23rd, bring a Thanksgiving food drive donation to the LCN Food Pantry for Suttons Bay Friends and Family Day, where your discount with local stores is commensurate with your gift to those in need.
The following week, spend your Small Business Saturday in Suttons Bay for a strolling holiday story, free movie at the Bay Theater, and a centerpiece workshop. Santa Claus is comin’ to town, too! Jolly Ol’ St. Nick arrives by fire truck at 4pm, and is available for visits at the movie theater afterwards.

Downtown Charlevoix
Head north to festive Charlevoix, where shoppers can delight in confectionery, handcrafted art, stylish apparel, and even collectibles. Be sure to shop during their holiday season events: on Friday, November 29th, experience the holiday parade and tree lighting. On December 7th, mark your calendar for the Merchant Open House, which includes entertainment, snacks, sips, and sales with each downtown location! As you shop this year throughout November and December, you’ll earn opportunities to win a raffle for a prize drawing on January 6th.

Chateau Chantal
Drive up the scenic Old Mission Peninsula to picturesque Chateau Chantal for your holiday shopping – and sipping! Their Naughty and Nice wines are sure to spark a conversation over the holiday bar table, and their full range of Michigan-made beverages will satisfy every taste bud on your list.
