This recipe feels like a warm-up cabin after a crisp skiing session; a zing of freshness and warm comfort. This is a great alternative to hot cocoa on snow days!

Ingredients:
- Your favorite mug
- 1 serving spearmint tea (find a Michigan source!)
- Honey, to taste
- ~⅓ cup of your choice of milk (find local dairy here!)
Method:
Heat water and steep your spearmint tea using your favorite method. While tea is steeping, heat your milk on the stovetop. Once hot (but not scalding), froth using a frother, electric whisk, or good old-fashioned elbow grease and a hand-held whisk. Sweeten your tea to taste, then add frothed milk over top. Optional: Garnish with a fresh mint leaf!
