Heat water and steep your spearmint tea using your favorite method. While tea is steeping, heat your milk on the stovetop. Once hot (but not scalding), froth using a frother, electric whisk, or good old-fashioned elbow grease and a hand-held whisk. Sweeten your tea to taste, then add frothed milk over top. Optional: Garnish with a fresh mint leaf!
