This recipe is from the ‘2021 Local Food Guide for Michigan’

INGREDIENTS
- 4 Raspberries
- 4 Basil Leaves
- 1 oz. Simple Syrup
- 2 oz. High Five Mackinac Island Rum
- 1 oz. New Holland Clockwork Orange Liqueur
- 1 oz. Long Road Raspberry Liqueur
- 1 oz. Orange Juice
- 1 oz. Mango Juice
- ½ oz. Montmorency County Cherry Juice (Cherry Brand Orchards)
GARNISH
- Basil Leaf
- Orange Zest
- Dried Cherries, Skewered on Cocktail Pick
DIRECTIONS
Muddle raspberries, basil and simple syrup in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add all other ingredients and ice to the shaker and vigorously shake for 10 seconds. Strain into Collins glass filled with ice. Garnish with a basil leaf, orange zest and a dried cherry skewer.
